We were greeted with exceptional thoughtfulness and kindness at the most luxurious hotel in Hanoi. Our suite was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and an amazing bar. Every evening, multiple attentions delighted our room, thanks to an efficient service that anticipated all our desires!
Breakfast, served at the Backstage, offered a royal experience with a mix of buffet and à la carte options, all accompanied by a glass of champagne to start the day.
Every afternoon, we were treated to free tea-time, complete with champagne and delicious toast, while we enjoyed the soothing melodies of the piano. The restaurants offered a multitude of tasty dishes, served on refined tableware.
