Luang Prabang, we were swiftly whisked away to our charming hotel, where check-in was effortless. With excitement in the air, we dove straight into the wonders of the city, starting with the awe-inspiring Wat Xiengthong. The temple's intricate carvings and vibrant, dazzling colors were utterly mesmerizing, leaving us speechless. We then wandered down the delightful, picturesque streets, soaking in the lively, warm ambiance of this enchanting town. A true gem of the day was the Huean Chan house, a 100-year-old wooden treasure that brought the rich history and culture of the local people to life.

As the day came to a close, we found a peaceful spot to watch the sun set over the Mekong River, an awe-inspiring and perfect conclusion to our time in this tranquil city.
Day 5: Vientiane - Transfer to Hanoi
After a satisfying breakfast, we made our way to the airport for our flight to

Day 6 - 7 : Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hanoi
The next two days of our

It was the perfect conclusion to a journey that beautifully blended the calm of nature with the energy of urban life.

We spent the rest of the day strolling through its picturesque streets, admiring its historic architecture, and soaking in the unique cultural atmosphere.

Day 9 began our

Day 10 - 11 : Hue - Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels - Ho Chi Minh City Tour
Take a

Thien Mu Pagoda, a sacred site that exuded tranquility and history, offering a glimpse into the spiritual soul of the city. We then ventured to the Imperial Citadel, an awe-inspiring complex that spanned 500 hectares, where we marveled at the grandeur of the ancient royal seat.
Our morning concluded at the bustling Dong Ba Market, where we were immersed in the vibrant energy of the city, surrounded by local delicacies, fresh produce, and a lively atmosphere. In the afternoon, we flew to Ho Chi Minh City, a dynamic and fast-paced metropolis. Upon arrival, we checked into our hotel and were immediately struck by the vibrancy of the city. The evening was ours to explore at leisure, allowing us to wander through the lively streets, experiencing the unique blend of old and new that defines this energetic city.
Day 11 of Laos Vietnam Cambodia 2 weeks trip was filled with history and discovery. We set off early to the Cu Chi Tunnels, about 55 kilometers from the city. Walking through the underground network was an eye-opening experience, as we learned about the resourcefulness and resilience of those who lived here during the Vietnam War. It was both humbling and fascinating to see how life unfolded in these tunnels.
Afterward, we returned to
Ho Chi Minh City for a delicious lunch, followed by an afternoon tour of the city's iconic landmarks. The Saigon Opera House’s elegant architecture, the
Notre Dame Cathedral's historical significance, and the Old Post Office's colonial charm left us in awe. We wrapped up our day with a visit to Ben Thanh Market, where the colorful stalls and the scent of local spices filled the air, offering us the perfect opportunity to pick up unique souvenirs and gifts. Every moment of the day was a perfect blend of culture, history, and the pulse of the city.
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City - Siem Reap
My discovery of Vietnam came to an end, and on the morning of my departure, I savored a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, embracing the calm and peaceful start to my day. Check-out was at 12:00, and after completing the check-out process, I was transferred to the airport for my flight to Siem Reap to continue tour Laos Vietnam Cambodia 15-days. If I had more time, I could’ve joined the Good Morning Saigon Tour (at an additional cost), which would have given me the chance to explore more of the vibrant city before heading off.
Upon arriving in
Siem Reap, I was greeted at the airport and transferred to my hotel for a smooth check-in. After settling in, I spent the afternoon relaxing or wandering around the city at my own pace, enjoying either the peaceful hotel facilities or exploring the charm of Siem Reap.
Day 13 - 14 : Discovery Angkor Wat complex
During my 2-week tour Laos Vietnam Cambodia, Days 13 and 14 were dedicated to exploring Cambodia’s history. On Day 13, after a peaceful breakfast, my guide and driver took me to Angkor Wat complex at 6:30 AM. I marveled at its three levels and intricate Apsara carvings. We then visited Srah Srang, the royal pool used by King Jayavarman VII, and enjoyed a delightful high tea and picnic breakfast in a local village. The hospitality was unforgettable. Afterward, we explored the mesmerizing Ta Prohm Temple, known for its intertwining tree roots. After lunch, I visited the Royal City of Angkor Thom, walking along its 8-meter-high walls and through the Death Gate. I explored Phimeanakas and Baphuon temples, before reaching Bayon Temple with its 200 stone-carved faces. The day ended with a breathtaking sunset at Phnom Bakheng, offering stunning views of Angkor Wat and the Western Baray. A perfect end to a day of exploration, followed by a relaxing evening and dinner at my leisure.

On Day 14 of this tour Laos Vietnam Cambodia, I started with a visit to Banteay Srei, an incredible temple made of pink sandstone and adorned with detailed carvings that left me in awe. I then continued by car to Kbal Spien, a series of hills where I embarked on a jungle trek. The walk was at times steep, but the beauty of the surroundings kept me going. After about 40 minutes, I reached a stunning waterfall, surrounded by ancient carvings of Hindu gods from the Brahman religion, depicting deities like Vishnu, Lakshmi, and Hanuman. Climbing bamboo stairs, I got an even closer view of the waterfall nestled in the gorge, making it feel like an untouched treasure.

For lunch, I enjoyed a picnic either by the hill or at a local restaurant before heading to Banteay Samre. This temple was remarkable, with its unique architecture and intricate carvings. I also explored a local village and visited more Baray Oriental sites like Banteay Kdey, Pré Rup, Preasat Khleang, and Mébon Oriental, all constructed during the reign of Rajendravarman. After a fulfilling day of exploration, I had a self-service dinner and retired to my hotel in Siem Reap for a restful night.
Day 15: Siem Reap - Departure. End of trip
