My family’s travel program in Vietnam aligns perfectly with what I found in this country, especially in Sa Dec. I had the chance to sample some truly unique and impressive dishes. The flavors were reminiscent of what I’ve tasted in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, where Vietnamese restaurants are becoming more and more popular. However, what you absolutely must try are the tropical fruits—they are incredibly delicious, juicy, and, of course, far cheaper than what you'd find in the Asian supermarkets back home.

Visit Sadec in 1 day, if you’ve ever tasted rice noodles, here’s a place where artisans craft them, and the process of making these noodles is always intricate. The main ingredient is rice, a staple product for the Vietnamese. However, it must be sticky enough, or else the noodles and other products won’t hold together properly.

The production process takes place in a small, clean, and very hot space, requiring artisans to have great precision and resilience in the face of the challenges that come with such a traditional craft, one that holds deep significance for the Vietnamese people. Visiting this artisan village in Sadec Vietnam gives you a fascinating glimpse into the hard work and dedication behind this beloved local food.
