8:30 AM: Transfer from your hotel in Saigon to Cai Be, in Tien Giang Province.
Arrival at the Homestay (located in Cái Bè): check-in.
- 12:30 PM: Lunch at the Homestay.
- 2:30 PM: Bicycle tour on Tan Phong Island, passing through fruit gardens and discovering the daily life of the local residents. Visit workshops where artisans use natural materials to make products such as willow fiber hammocks and water hyacinth items. Enjoy seasonal fruit tasting.
Return to the Homestay around 5:00 PM.
- Relaxation time by the pool.
- A small cooking class.
- 7:30 PM: Dinner and free time.
Overnight at Thuy Duong Homestay (or similar).
From 7:00 to 8:00 AM: Breakfast at Thuy Duong Homestay.
- 8:00 AM: Departure for a small boat excursion. Enjoy a short rowing boat cruise on a narrow canal, visit a village producing handmade candies such as rice crackers, caramelized puffed rice cakes, and coconut candies. Taste honey tea and other bee products, and explore the local market of Cai Be.
- 10:00 AM: Return to the Homestay.
- Free time and check-out.
Lunch on your own.
Transfer back to Saigon.
