There's no such thing in high-rises. The location is very good. Center. 2 minutes to the beach. Anyway, I recommend it! You won't.

Melissa is very close to the beach, just cross the highway and walk about two minutes. There are nearby shops, and it’s easy to book Grab rides when needed.
The facilities are acceptable, though the pool felt neglected (I visited in December, when it was windy and a bit chilly). Breakfast is decent, and rooms are cleaned daily, but not very thoroughly; sheets are only changed on request, I had to ask during my 6-night stay. At check-in, I also needed to call reception to have the floor cleaned because it was quite dirty.

I don't know why this hotel doesn't get much review. The comfort is level, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily (I tried to find at least dust on the lights - there is none), the food does not change much from day to day, but still changes, and the choice of dishes is quite satisfactory to the whole family. The rooftop pool is well maintained. There is a secure parking lot for the bike on the ground floor. The staff is friendly and smiley. It's a great hotel.
