"We had planned to book a five-star luxury boat excursion, but due to an error in our planning, it wasn't possible. By pure coincidence, we came across an incredible offer that turned out to be a magnificent and personalized experience. The onboard staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the young man named Kay, who spoke fluent English, prepared amazing dishes for us. I highly recommend the seafood dinner, which, although costing an additional $15, is definitely worth it. If you want snacks or drinks other than water, coffee, or tea, it's best to bring them yourself or arrange with the team in advance, as they are not automatically available onboard. I would have loved to enjoy wine with my meal, but that would have been possible if we had planned it in advance, which we didn't. The boat captain doesn't speak English, but that didn't hinder effective communication. Moreover, he has a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. The crew had the perfect ability to discover off-the-beaten-path and picturesque places that we all dream of finding but are usually inaccessible to large tourist circuits. We even had the opportunity to spend a night in a completely deserted location. If the boat hadn't been booked by others, we would have gladly extended our stay for an additional night!"

" Charming place with excellent value for money! We stayed here for two nights in mid-April and were delighted. The services are lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The food is delicious and affordable. We can't say enough about the owner, Minh, an exceptional man who speaks fluent English, is incredibly helpful, and never pushy to sell tours or activities. He has lovingly built these units in a small hamlet overlooking fields, about 9 km from Cat Ba town, providing a peaceful setting close to the national park."
