1. Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Ben Tre – Can Tho

We set off early from Ho Chi Minh City, leaving behind the city’s bustling energy and entering the peaceful countryside of the Mekong Delta. As we drove towards Ben Tre, the scenery changed from the urban sprawl to a lush, green landscape dotted with rivers and palm trees. Known as the "land of coconut" Ben Tre welcomed us with its tranquil rivers, and we immediately boarded a boat for a serene cruise along the winding canals. The air was crisp, and the only sounds were the gentle splashes of water against the boat.
