Unfortunately, we only spent one night there. This place is beautiful and very peaceful along the Mekong. The gardens are magnificent. The accommodation consists of very clean and spacious individual bungalows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, with quality furnishings. We also dined there. The food is excellent and the view over the Mekong is romantic. The service, both at reception and in the restaurant, is excellent. Breakfast is very generous, in buffet form. There's a huge swimming pool with lots of deckchairs, which is very comforting after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this place.

This was among the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Our tour guide, Nhan, was outstanding – incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fluent in English. The activities were diverse and well-organized. We particularly enjoyed Mr. Hi’s tea party and the cooking class. Overall, the experience felt genuinely authentic, avoiding the overly touristy atmosphere. The lodge itself was delightful, and our hosts served up delicious food (and plenty of it!). As a gay couple, we encountered no issues whatsoever in that regard.

Received with a charming welcome, Loan, who is also an excellent cook, runs her establishment with the help of her mother and sister. The peaceful atmosphere is punctuated only by the crowing of roosters and crickets. Although there are no other restaurants nearby, Loan's generous and delicious cuisine is so copious that one dish is easily enough for two people. In the evening, guests can enjoy a candlelit dinner on a white tablecloth, seated on a well-manicured lawn. The excursions she organizes are also very popular.

A lush retreat, dotted with a multitude of orchids and small canals where you can fish with fish hooves... The woven bamboo lodges offer satisfactory comfort, but their lightweight construction, which makes them so original, can come as a surprise, especially with their outdoor bathroom equipped with a goldfish pond. The kitchen is of excellent quality, and you can even help with the preparation if you wish. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area. All served by friendly, smiling staff. A highly recommended experience for a memorable stay.

I spent three nights with Mr Ba, heir to a mansion handed down for six generations, where he exhibits his small personal museum. The room was simple but clean, with air conditioner and fan. It was quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast offers a choice between Vietnamese dishes and eggs with baguette, with fruit, coffee and tea. Evening meals are delicious and hearty, included in the price. I also took a boat tour proposed by the house, with visits to craftsmen and a bicycle tour (bicycle transported on the boat). A bit expensive, but lunch is included. Mr. Ba lends bicycles free of charge and provides a map for visiting other old houses in the area, or even going as far as Cai Bé (15 minutes away).
