11:40: Arrive at our waiting lounge at Ha Long International Cruise Port. Here, you'll have some time to relax while our captain completes the registration process. Then, we'll transfer to our boat via tender.
12:35: Enjoy a welcome drink and a brief safety orientation about the boat and the activities planned. Afterward, we'll check into our cabins.
13:00: Savor a delicious Vietnamese set menu lunch as we leisurely cruise deeper into Bai Tu Long Bay.
15:00: Arrive at Cap La Island, our kayaking area. Here, you can kayak through the karst formations, swim, and relax in the breathtaking natural surroundings.
17:30: Return to the boat and enjoy our Sunset Party while cruising to our overnight anchorage. Participate in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration, where you can learn to make Nem Cuon, a dish once guided by 2 Michelin Star Chef Gordon Ramsay, or challenge yourself with fruit and vegetable carving.

- What time does Halong cruise start / end?
- The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). It concludes at the port around 11:00 - 11:30 on the last day, and guests are expected to reach their Hanoi hotel by 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon.
- For day cruises, there are two time frames:
- Morning: 9:00 am - 14:00 pm.
- Afternoon: around 12:30 pm - 17:00 pm, with the drop-off time in Hanoi approximately at 20:00.
- Note: If you plan to book a flight on the same day, opt for a domestic flight after 17:00 or an international flight after 18:00.
- Children policy
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing a room with two (02) adults is allowed for free of charge (FOC) per cabin.
- Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 75% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old: charge 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
- 2 Children under 11 stay in a serapate room will pay double room, 1 child stay in a serapate room will pay 100% adult rate
- Children from 11 years old; same as adult rate.
Booking policy
- Cancellation by customer:
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
- Cancellation due to bad weather:
- If the Management Board of Halong Bay announces a cancellation, the rules that apply will depend on when the cancellation happens. The specific policies will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation.
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- If your trip changes from 2 nights to 1 night, you'll pay for a 2 days/1 night trip and the services you used. We'll refund the rest to you.

So amazing!
The boat was lovely, perfectly sized—not too big or small. The food was outstanding, almost too much! Our cabin, the most expensive option, was gorgeous, though in hindsight, we wouldn't book it again as we spent little time there due to the many activities available. The staff were superb, and our guide Michael was funny and informative. Karaoke was also great fun.
I had a fabulous time on the overnight cruise! Sunday was our tour guide, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail, clear communication, and the overall experience. I highly recommend this cruise—it's a must-do excursion while in Vietnam!
