Morning
8:00 - 8:30: Guests who have booked the transfer service will be picked up by a limousine from their hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter (this service can be added during booking for an additional fee). The journey then continues to the Signature waiting lounge at Halong International Harbour.
11:30 - 12:00: Arrive at the Signature Lounge to complete check-in formalities before being transferred to the Signature Cruise by tender.
Enjoy a welcome drink while the captain provides a safety briefing and outlines the itinerary. Then, proceed to check into your cabin.
A fresh seafood lunch will be served as the cruise sails through the stunning limestone karst formations. The cruise will set sail towards Bai Tu Long Bay, passing by the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha.
Afternoon
Begin your exploration with a visit to Vung Vieng Fishing Village, renowned for its pearl cultivation. Discover the daily life and culture of the fishing community by taking a local rowing boat or kayaking.
After exploring the tranquil village, return to the Signature Cruise to relax during your free time. Enjoy the sunset party with a special Happy Hour offer (buy one, get one free). You can also join a cooking class to learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes.

8:00 – 8:30 AM:
Our driver will pick up guests who have booked the transfer service (available for an additional fee during the booking process) from Hanoi Old Quarter. You will then be transported to the Signature waiting lounge at Halong International Harbour.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM:
Upon arrival, complete the check-in procedures at the cruise lounge. Board a tender that will take you to the Signature Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink while the captain provides a briefing on safety instructions and the day’s itinerary. Afterward, settle into your cabin.
Proceed to the onboard restaurant for a fresh seafood lunch as the boat sails toward Bai Tu Long Bay, offering stunning views of the extraordinary limestone karst landscapes.
Afternoon
Explore the picturesque Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boats or kayaking. Experience not only the magnificent bay scenery but also gain insight into the daily lives of the fishermen.

- Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin), from 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
- From 5 to under 11 years old: 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
- From 11 years old: Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults. Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.
- Charged 100% for the third person using an extra bed
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
