7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Pick-up from the hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter for those using the transfer service (must be booked in the next step with an additional fee).
12:15 PM - 12:45 PM: Arrive at Halong International Port, where you will have a short break before boarding. Transfer to the Garden Bay Legend cruise 01 by shuttle boat. Board the ship, enjoy a welcome drink, and settle into your cabin.
Savor a delicious set Vietnamese lunch as the boat gently cruises towards the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay, in the Cap La area. You'll then have some free time to admire the majestic bay and relax before the afternoon excursion.
Afternoon
Explore the stunning natural landscapes of Cap La’s limestone islands and islets by kayak. You can also swim in the emerald water and sunbathe on the sandy beach if you prefer to relax.
Return to the Garden Bay Legend cruise for a sunset party on the deck with Happy Hour. Enjoy this unforgettable moment under the beautiful sunset while sipping cocktails, as the boat heads to the Cong Do area to anchor for the night.
Next, learn how to make spring rolls during a Vietnamese cooking class onboard. You’ll be able to taste your creation after making it.
Evening
Dine at the onboard restaurant or enjoy a sumptuous BBQ dinner on the outdoor deck (unavailable until October).

Morning
Start your day with a refreshing Tai Chi session on sundeck. Don’t miss the chance to witness the magnificent sunrise over the bay.
Enjoy a light Western-style breakfast to kick off the day as the boat sails towards the most beautiful fishing village in Bai Tu Long Bay.
Board a shuttle to reach the floating village Vung Vieng. Explore this enchanting place and learn more about the life of local fishermen on a rowing boat (rowed by a fisherman). Enjoy a peaceful moment with fresh air, a luxury you won’t find in a modern city.
After this enriching excursion, return to the main boat to pack your bags and check out of your cabin around 9:30 AM.
Savor a fusion-style lunch onboard while cruising back towards the port. Spend your final moments admiring the last glimpses of this incredible bay.
12:00 PM: Disembark at Halong International Port. Say goodbye to the friendly crew and wait for your transfer vehicle.

Return to Hanoi (book the transfer during the next step with an additional fee) and arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter around 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM.

Morning
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Your adventure begins with a pick-up by your driver at your hotel in Hanoi (to be booked in the next step with an additional fee), then you’ll set off for Halong Bay.
12:15 PM - 12:45 PM: Upon arriving at Halong International Port, take a moment to relax before boarding the Garden Bay cruise via shuttle boat.
Once aboard, you will be welcomed with refreshing drinks, followed by a safety briefing, and then you can settle into your comfortable cabin.
Next, enjoy a delicious set Vietnamese menu as our boat gracefully cruises towards the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay, especially the charming Cap La area.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the beauty of the limestone islands and islets with a kayaking adventure. This is the perfect opportunity to explore, swim, sunbathe, and relax while soaking in the natural wonders surrounding you.
Afterward, return to the boat for a captivating sunset party as the boat heads towards the Cong Do area, where it will anchor for the night. Enjoy Happy Hour onboard.
Following that, learn the art of making spring rolls and discover how to elegantly carve fruit to decorate your dishes.

Indulge in a sumptuous BBQ dinner on the sundeck (if weather permitting) for a memorable dining experience.
As night falls, you can choose to relax on the terrace, try your hand at squid fishing, or play board games.

Wake up early for a revitalizing Tai Chi session on sundeck. Afterward, enjoy a light buffet breakfast to kickstart another day of exploration.
On this day, you will dive deeper into Lan Ha Bay, using our day boat.
You will be picked up at Vung Vieng Village, where you’ll board the boat. We will then pass through the Cua Van floating village and Frog Islet, making our way to the Dark and Bright Cave.
The next few hours will be spent on an immersive kayaking adventure, discovering the fascinating secrets of this cave and its incredible geology.
As lunchtime approaches, indulge in fresh local products and delicious seafood.
Afternoon
After the meal, unwind by swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Lan Ha Bay.
We then continue our journey with a visit to a pearl farm and a fish farm in Halong Bay, where you can learn more about the intricate processes of pearl cultivation.
To wrap up this adventurous day, return to the main boat and enjoy some free time. You can take advantage of Happy Hour or join a cooking class.
Evening
Enjoy a delightful dinner and participate in evening activities such as squid fishing, board games, and more. Overnight in your comfortable cabin.

- The maximum occupancy for one cabin is two (2) Adults and one (1) Child under 05 years of age. Additional charges may apply for occupancy by more than two (2) guests per room.
- We may allow children to stay in the same cabin with parents either with or without an extra bed. Our policy is not to charge for children under five (5) years of age.
- A child aged from 05 to under 08 sharing bed with parents - charged at 50% of the adult rate. Two children aged from 05 to under 08 stay in another cabin - charged at 75% of the adult rate.
- A child aged from 08 to under 12 sharing the same room with parents and using an extra bed will be charged at 75% of the adult rate.
- Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
