We just had an unforgettable experience on a 2-day tour in Mang Den and Kon Tum, organized by the Vietnam travel agency Autour Asia. This well-planned itinerary allowed us to visit iconic sites, explore pristine landscapes, and savor delicious local specialties.

Mang Den, a true green haven in the Central Highlands, immediately won us over with its cool climate and majestic pine forests. Far from the hustle and bustle of city life, we discovered a peaceful sanctuary where nature reigns supreme. One of our favorite spots was Pa Sy Waterfall, with its stunning cascades surrounded by lush vegetation. Walking through these unspoiled landscapes was a refreshing and invigorating experience.

The next day, our adventure took us to Kon Tum, a city rich in history and tradition. We were captivated by the Kon Tum Wooden Church, a unique architectural gem blending European and indigenous influences. We then explored Kon K’Tu Village, where we received a warm welcome from the locals. This immersive experience gave us a glimpse into the daily lives of the ethnic communities, from discovering traditional stilt houses to admiring local handicrafts and listening to ancient legends passed down through generations.

No trip to this region would be complete without indulging in its culinary delights. We enjoyed grilled chicken with sticky rice cooked in bamboo, as well as fermented rice wine, shared in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
