08:30 Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter to begin a 2.5-hour journey via the new highway in an ultra-luxurious limousine (if guests opt for the car service).
12:00 Arrive at the port and transfer to Le Theatre Cruise by speedboat. You'll receive a warm welcome from our crew and enjoy a short briefing about your cruise while sipping a welcome drink at The Opera restaurant.
12:45 Check into your cabin and take some time to refresh as the cruise prepares to depart from Gia Luan Harbour.
13:00 A buffet lunch will be served in The Opera restaurant on Le Theatre Cruise begins its journey toward Halong Bay.
15:00 Discover the stunning Ao Ech area, part of Lan Ha Bay. It’s a perfect spot for kayaking around the limestone islets or taking a swim in the crystal-clear waters. Afterwards, relax with a sunset tea or coffee break on the sundeck, where you can watch the sun setting—truly a magical experience.
16:30 Enjoy some leisure time: chat with fellow guests, take photos, or simply relax with a drink.
17:30 Happy Hour begins (from 17:30 to 18:30 – enjoy the Golden Hour special: buy two drinks, get one free of the same kind).
18:00 Indulge in complimentary cakes and fruit. Join our cooking demonstration, where the chef will teach you how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
19:00 Enjoy a delicious seafood set menu for dinner at The Opera restaurant.
21:00 After dinner, treat yourself to a wide range of cocktails at the panoramic bar, or participate in one of our onboard activities: squid fishing, spa treatments, or a movie in the comfort of your cabin. Overnight on board.

09:45 Savor a buffet brunch as we cruise back to the harbor, followed by bill settlement.

- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in, otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- The time in the itinerary is relative. The specific time will be announced by the Tour Guide during the trip.
- Itineraries may be changed without prior notice due to weather conditions, and tidal levels.

- Children from 08 - 09: Stay with parent 75% adult rate. Extra bed : 93% adult rate
- Children from 05 - 07: Stay with parent 50% adult rate. Extra bed : 75% adult rate

- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin
- More than 15 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 3 to 14 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
