12:00 – 14:00: Guests will transfer from Tuan Chau International Port to Venus Cruise via tender or canoe. Upon boarding, the Cruise Manager will provide a welcome briefing, covering safety regulations and the itinerary for the trip. While the cruise sails deeper into the breathtaking Lan Ha Bay, a delicious lunch will be served. Guests will receive their room keys either before, during, or after lunch, depending on the schedule.

14:00 – 15:00: After lunch, guests can check into their cabins and take some time to relax in the comfort of their private spaces.

15:00 – 16:30: The cruise will anchor at the stunning Dark & Bright Cave area, where guests can embark on the first activity of the trip: exploring the cave on a traditional bamboo rowing boat. This serene experience allows guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the area.

17:00 – 19:00: In the evening, guests can enjoy a variety of activities. From 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, take a refreshing swim around the cruise, soaking in the tranquil waters. Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
