Upon reaching Lot 34, Tuan Chau International Port, Quang Ninh, a warm welcome awaits you from the Peony Cruise crew around 11:30 - 12:00. A tender then escorts you to the cruise, where safety guidelines are shared before check-in. As you embark on your journey through the picturesque Lan Ha Bay, indulge in a delectable lunch at the onboard luxurious restaurant.
Afternoon:
Explore the Tra Bau area (Trà Báu), immersing yourself in the unique cave formations and the mesmerizing natural beauty through kayaking activities. Return to the cruise to witness the enchanting sunset over Lan Ha Bay, with the sun casting a warm glow over the emerald waters.
Participate in a cooking class led by Peony's master chef, where you can learn the art of crafting traditional Vietnamese dishes.
Night:
Conclude your day with a romantic dinner at the onboard restaurant, surrounded by the serene beauty of the bay.

- The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). It concludes at the port around 11:00 - 11:30 on the last day, and guests are expected to reach their Hanoi hotel by 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon.
- The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). - For day cruises, there are two time frames:
- Morning: 9:00 am - 14:00 pm.
- Afternoon: around 12:30 pm - 17:00 pm, with the drop-off time in Hanoi approximately at 20:00.
- Note: If you plan to book a flight on the same day, opt for a domestic flight after 17:00 or an international flight after 18:00.
- Children policy
- For children below 5 years old, there is no charge when sharing a room with their parents (F.O.C). However, if the parent's room has two children under 5 years old sharing the same bed, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of one adult.
For children aged 5 to under 11, staying on a separate bed incurs a charge of 75% of the adult price when sharing a room with parents. If two children aged 5 to under 11 share a private room, the charge is 80% of the adult rate.
Children aged 11 years and older are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather:
- If the Management Board of Halong Bay announces a cancellation, the rules that apply will depend on when the cancellation happens. The specific policies will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation.
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- If your trip changes from 2 nights to 1 night, you'll pay for a 2 days/1 night trip and the services you used. We'll refund the rest to you.
