08:00 – 08:45: For guests using our transfer service, pick-up will be at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Enjoy a comfortable 2.5-hour journey to Halong Bay aboard a luxury shuttle limousine bus.
If you are traveling to Halong Bay on your own, please arrive at Rosy Cruise’s Waiting Lounge at No. 26 Overnight Port, Tuan Chau International Marina between 11:30 and 11:45 A.M for check-in. You will be transferred to the Rosy Cruise by tender.
Note: Late arrivals will incur a $100 charge for the tender service.
12:30 – 13:00: Upon boarding Rosy Cruise, receive a warm welcome with a refreshing drink in the restaurant, followed by a short briefing about your cruise.
13:00 – 13:15: Enjoy a delicious lunch in the luxurious dining room as the cruise gently glides through the emerald waters and passes the bay’s stunning islands.
15:00: The cruise will drop anchor for swimming or sunbathing in a private, tranquil location. You can also opt for kayaking under the guidance of our tour leaders to explore more of the area’s hidden beauty.
16:30: Return to Rosy Cruise Halong.
17:30: Head to the sundeck to witness a breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Join our Sunset Party with local snacks and fresh fruits. Don’t miss the "Happy Hour" special (buy 2 drinks, get 1 free) from 17:30 to 19:00.
18:00: Participate in a cooking demonstration, where you’ll learn how to make traditional Vietnamese deep-fried spring rolls.
19:15: A sumptuous dinner featuring a fresh, local set menu will be served in the dining room.
21:00: After dinner, unwind with a wide selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar, or head to the lower deck to try your hand at squid fishing. Equipment and lighting will be provided.

06:00 – 06:30: Start your day early to watch the sunrise (weather and season permitting). Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck (weather permitting) to refresh your mind and body.
06:30: A light breakfast is served in the dining room, offering stunning views of the bay’s morning scenery.
07:00 – 07:15: Engage in either a traditional bamboo sampan ride or kayaking at the Light Cave area, a perfect spot for adventurous visitors to explore calm waters and admire the impressive stone walls of the cave.
08:30: Return to Rosy Cruise and begin packing your belongings.
09:15: Check out of your room, settle any outstanding bills, and return your keys at reception.
09:30: Enjoy a delicious brunch served with a set menu as you take in the final views of the bay.
10:45: Disembark from Rosy Cruise and transfer via speedboat to Tuan Chau Marina.
11:30: If using our transfer service, travel back to Hanoi in a comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle limousine. If you’ve arranged your own transportation, your private driver will meet you at the harbor.
For guests continuing to Cat Ba Island, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a transfer to Gia Luan Port via Rosy Cruise’s smaller boat.
15:00 – 15:30: Expected arrival in Hanoi between 15:00 and 15:30.

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
