Traveling in southern Vietnam, for this 2-day Ho Tram Vung Tau trip, I was up at dawn, full of excitement. At 5 a.m, I boarded a minibus departing from Ho Chi Minh City, heading for the southern beaches. Iced coffee in hand, I watched the lush landscapes of the delta pass by through the window. A real break from the city.

It’s undoubtedly one of the most surprising places on my itinerary: a European Gothic-style church in the middle of Vietnam!
