What To Do In Thailand: Discover 6 Most Beautiful Beaches In Thailand

Discover 6 most beautiful beaches in Thailand

Summer is considered the season of travel, the season of the sea. To relax or immerse yourself in nature after long sunny days, people tend to head to the beaches more often. It's a great idea for you and your family to have an interesting vacation. Thailand boasts some of the world's most beautiful beaches, welcoming visitors from around the globe. With the question of what to do in Thailand, we will help you discover 6 most beautiful beaches in Thailand.

1. Koh Kradan, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world

Koh Kradan is a small island located in Trang Province, southern Thailand. It is part of Hat Chao Mai National Park. This island is home to the most beautiful beaches in Thailand, with its smooth and fine white sand and clear seawater with beautiful colors. Additionally, there are shallow coral reefs stretching in long lines, including brain corals, stag-horn corals, soft red coral, and many other types of fish. A must-see destination for your Thai trip to discover the beautiful beaches in Thailand.
Opinion of client (Paul J 3/2024):
A must-see destination in Thailand: Each day, numerous boats, ranging from private vessels to longtails and double-decker day-trip boats, make their appearance. While it's enjoyable for people to indulge in such activities, it's evidently unsustainable.
Koh Kradan, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world
Unlike its neighboring island Koh Muk, Koh Kradan does not have a village or local life. There are only small resorts and a small supermarket, with the rest of the island being part of Hat Chao Mai National Park. The main beach on the island is Paradise Beach, with a long stretch of 1.5 km of white sand and emerald-colored water. To the west of the island, there is a small rocky beach called Sunset Beach, accessible by a forest trail.

2. Railay Beach, ideal destination for climbing and swimming

Railay is located between the borders of two small towns, Krabi and Ao Nang. To access this paradise beach, there is only one way: take a boat. This beach is isolated from the outside world by imposing limestone cliffs. It is also thanks to this geography that, in addition to its stretches of white sand and crystal-clear waters, Railay has a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. For the question: What to do in Thailand ?” Traveling to Railay Beach is the best answer.
Railay Beach, ideal destination for climbing and swimming
Railay Beach is a highly regarded beach among tourists, especially those who enjoy cliff climbing, as it is well-known for this. Located in the sub-district of Ao Nang, it is surrounded by mountains on all sides, requiring travel only by boat.

3. Freedom Beach, the most peaceful beach in Phuket

Another destination for your Thai trip is Freedom Beach. Unlike many other famous beaches, Freedom Beach is preserved and protected by local residents. They strive to preserve the nature of their coastal area to the fullest, offering visitors a sense of simple yet beautiful familiarity when they visit. Visitors will be extremely pleased to trek one kilometer through dense forest to reach the beach by boat.
Freedom Beach, the most peaceful beach in Phuket
Freedom Beach is a mysterious beach hidden in a valley between famous beaches like Patong Beach and Karon Beach, and the path to enter it must pass through a hill that descends quite deeply. So there was a bit of difficulty, but I can tell you that on the way down, we found a clean and white sandy beach. The sea is clear and blue, including the cool sea breeze. Fatigue disappeared in an instant.

4. Koh Phi Phi, Maldives in the bottom of Thailand

Address: Mueang Krabi, Krabi, Thailand

Koh Phi Phi is an archipelago consisting of 6 small islands, located off the coast of Phuket Province in the southwestern region of Thailand. Phi Phi Island has long been among the most famous tourist destinations in Thailand, attracting thousands of visitors to Thailand each year.

The Phi Phi archipelago in Thailand is known to have been the filming location for famous movies such as James Bond 007 or The Beach. In the 16th century, it was economically controlled by China and exploited for tin. When the price of tin dropped, the inhabitants turned to agriculture and rubber tapping, transforming Phi Phi Island into a popular tourist destination from 1980 onwards due to its rare natural beauty. If you travel to Phuket, Koh Phi Phi is a must-see destination for your family.

 5. Ao Nang, Thailand’s paradise

The beach resort of Ao Nang, located 18 km from the town of Krabi, is famous for its magnificent islands, large and small. With its long stretches of white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, as well as numerous renowned tourist attractions, Ao Nang has become an attractive tourist destination in Thailand. Endowed with wild and tranquil beauty, with its impressive limestone cliffs and many renowned modern resort complexes, to get to Ao Nang, you can take a flight to Krabi or a ferry from Phi Phi Islands and Ko Lanta, then rent a boat to visit the islands of Ao Nang.
