- Wi-Fi connection is available in the restaurant/bar and at times due to the remote location the signal may be weak. We hope for your kind understanding as the cruise is far from the mainland.
- Advance registration is required. Please provide your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in, otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority

- 12 years old and up: charge as adult rate.
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservations in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or on the express order of the local authorities. If we cancel your reservations, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/ price, if possible. Cruise cancellation occurs en route to Halong International Harbor
- Cruise cancellation happens when guests are already on their way or have arrived at Halong International Harbor and need to return to Hanoi immediately: A full refund will be made
- If the overnight cruise is canceled when the guest has already arrived at Halong International Harbor but a Halong Bay day trip is permitted, Bai Tho Junks will arrange the itinerary based on the fares below
