- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservations in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or on the express order of the local authorities. If we cancel your reservations, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/ price, if possible. - If the overnight cruise is canceled when the guest has already arrived at Halong International Harbor but a Halong Bay day trip is permitted, Bai Tho Junks will arrange the itinerary based on the fares below
