- 12 years old and up: charge as adult rate.
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

If we cancel your reservations, you can either receive a refund or accept an alternative date/booking from us at the equivalent or similar standard/ price, if possible. Cruise cancellation occurs en route to Halong International Harbor
- Cruise cancellation happens when guests are already on their way or have arrived at Halong International Harbor and need to return to Hanoi immediately: A full refund will be made
- If the overnight cruise is canceled when the guest has already arrived at Halong International Harbor but a Halong Bay day trip is permitted, Bai Tho Junks will arrange the itinerary based on the fares below
