Day 3: Hue - Lang Co - Hoi An (Breakfast, Lunch)
Car Sampan Cruise Bamboo-rafting

Departing from Hue, we hit the road towards Hoi An. We make a stop at the foot of the Hai Van Pass, in the beautiful Lang Co lagoon, where we meet a fishing family who has been living by the lagoon for nearly 50 years. This family also owns a large oyster and mussel farming estate.

Next, we board a local boat to explore this enchanting place nestled between mountains and the sea. The lagoon offers an idyllic panorama with its crystal-clear water surrounded by jungle-covered peaks, marking the border with Bach Ma National Park and the Annamite Range. The area is clean, free from factories, and is home to numerous crabs, snappers, groupers, and shrimp.

We make a stop at a stilted hut above the water to observe the fishing techniques practiced by the lagoon's inhabitants. Then, we continue by boat to visit their oyster farms. We have a seafood lunch in another stilted hut, sharing an unforgettable moment with the family in this paradise-like setting.

After lunch, we return by boat to the village and then take the vehicle to reach Hoi An, passing through the Hai Van Pass. We arrive in the mid-afternoon.

In the late afternoon, we embark on a one-hour round boat ride through the coconut forests of Bay Mau in the village of Cam Thanh, stretching as far as the eye can see.

Finally, we return to the hotel in Hoi An for the night.

Day 4: Hoi An - Tra Que Vegetable Village - Cooking Class - Hoi An (Breakfast, Lunch)
Bicycle
After breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a day filled with activities, including participating in gardening work in the vegetable village of Tra Que. This village has been practicing vegetable cultivation for centuries. We pedal approximately 3 km towards the village of Tra Que, where we meet a local vegetable farmer. He explains the techniques and steps involved in working the land, planting, watering, and taking care of the vegetables. We then have the opportunity to participate in these tasks with his guidance.
Next, we return to his house, where we enjoy a delicious fresh fruit juice. We continue with cooking classes conducted by his wife. We learn to prepare a few typical yet simple dishes from the Hoi An region. It's a unique opportunity to discover the local culinary secrets.
Finally, we sit down at the table with the family to savor the dishes we prepared together. It's a friendly and warm moment where we can enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
In the afternoon, after bidding farewell to our hosts, we make a short detour back to Hoi An. If desired, we can visit the coast at An Bang, which is 4 km away, to relax on a white sandy beach and enjoy the peaceful setting.
We return to the hotel in Hoi An for overnight stay.
