For guests who have arranged our transfer service, Sena Cruise's bus collects them from various hotels around Hanoi Old Quarter. The exact pick-up time is communicated in the afternoon before the departure date.
11:30 – 12:00 | Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor
12:00 – 12:30 | Transfer to the main boat by tender. Embark on Sena Cruise
Upon arrival, guests are warmly welcomed aboard Sena Cruise with a refreshing welcome drink. The cruise manager delivers a comprehensive briefing on the cruise and safety instructions, followed by guests checking in to their cabins.
13:00 – 13:30 | Enjoy a lunch
Guests indulge in a delightful lunch as Sena Cruise sets sail into the enchanting Lan Ha Bay, an extension of the renowned Ha Long Bay, known for its tranquility and fewer tourists. As the cruise navigates through the bay, guests witness the breathtaking scenery of limestone towers and islands.

Guests discover the captivating Dark and Bright Cave, renowned for its pristine natural beauty and picturesque seascape. They have the opportunity to partake in bamboo boat rides or swimming, immersing themselves in the beauty of Lan Ha Bay's limestone mountains and azure waters.
17:00 | Return to Sena Cruise
Experience a sunset party on Lan Ha Bay, offering the perfect opportunity for photography enthusiasts to capture the stunning sunset. Guests can also participate in a cooking class to learn the art of preparing Vietnamese spring rolls.
Before dinner, the experienced captain anchors the cruise in the most tranquil area for overnight stay.

Notes
- What time does Halong cruise start / end?
- The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). It concludes at the port around 11:00 - 11:30 on the last day, and guests are expected to reach their Hanoi hotel by 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon.
- For day cruises, there are two time frames:
- Morning: 9:00 am - 14:00 pm.
- Afternoon: around 12:30 pm - 17:00 pm, with the drop-off time in Hanoi approximately at 20:00.
- Note: If you plan to book a flight on the same day, opt for a domestic flight after 17:00 or an international flight after 18:00.
- Children policy:
- Kids under 5 years old stay free when sharing a room with parents (F.O.C). If two under 5 years old share a bed, the second child pays 75% of an adult's rate.
- Children aged 5 to under 11 pay 75% of the adult price when staying on a separate bed. If two kids share a private room, they pay 80% of the adult rate.
- If two children under 11 years old sleep in a separate room, they will be charged at the double room rate. However, if only one child sleeps in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate will be charged.
- Children aged 11 years and older are charged the full adult rate.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
- If the Management Board of Halong Bay announces a cancellation, the rules that apply will depend on when the cancellation happens. The specific policies will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation.
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund. - During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- If your trip changes from 2 nights to 1 night, you'll pay for a 2 days/1 night trip and the services you used. We'll refund the rest to you.
