Morning

Between 8:00 - 8:30 AM, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi for a transfer (which can be booked in the next step for an additional fee) to Heritage Line's welcome lounge at Tuan Chau Marina. You can choose to travel by shuttle bus or private car.

After approximately 2.5 hours, you'll arrive at the welcome lounge, where you'll embark on a short speedboat ride to your luxurious cruise. From there, your unforgettable journey begins, taking you through the beautiful Lan Ha Bay and around Cat Ba Island. Lunch will be served in the ship’s elegant dining room, offering nearly 360-degree views. As you dine, enjoy the stunning scenery and the unique opportunity to watch the Chef and his team prepare your meal in the open kitchen, an exclusive feature of Heritage Line Ginger Cruise.

Afternoon

Unwind on the terrace deck and take advantage of the ship's luxurious amenities, including an infinity pool, spa treatments, and massages. Later, you'll transfer to Viet Hai Village, a hidden gem nestled on Cat Ba Island, accessible only by boat and surrounded by dense forests and mountains. Upon arrival, you can choose to explore the village by cycling or using an electric cart (available for an additional fee).

While visiting, you'll meet local residents, learn about their traditional ways of life, discover how they create herbal medicine from tree bark, and even taste some homemade liquors. After your village tour, return to the cruise for an interactive cooking class, where you'll learn to prepare classic Vietnamese dishes using local ingredients.

Night

After dinner, you can unwind with a cocktail at the bar, watch a movie in the dining room-turned-theater, or try your hand at squid fishing. Once you're ready to retire for the evening, relax in your cabin for a peaceful night on board.

Begin your day with a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of the bay in the early morning. Take a moment to admire the serene views and capture beautiful photographs as the sun rises. Enjoy a selection of coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries served in the dining room to energize you for the day’s adventure.

Today, you’ll explore Frog Lake, a secluded spot perfect for a morning hike. Take a dip in the clear bay waters or paddle a kayak through the mesmerizing maze of emerald waters, rocky outcrops, and lush islets.

Between 9:30 - 10:00, return to the cruise for check-out. As you sail back to the pier, savor a delightful brunch in the restaurant while taking in the final views of Lan Ha Bay. At around 11:30, you’ll be transferred back to the welcome lounge by speedboat, where you can relax while awaiting your transfer back to Hanoi (available to book for an additional fee).

Afternoon

The return journey to Hanoi will take approximately 2.5 hours, with an estimated arrival around 3:00 PM. This marks the end of your unforgettable adventure.
