At noon, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Lodge’s restaurant, savoring local dishes, before heading out in the afternoon for an exploration on foot or by bike through the surrounding village paths. This off-the-beaten-path walk provided us with stunning views of the terraced rice fields, while immersing us in the local life.

Cai Be, the afternoon continued with a pleasant sampan ride through the narrow waterways, where we visited local orchards.
