08:00 - 08:30: A luxury van will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Red River Delta as we head towards Ha Long Bay. (Transfer service not included)
11:00 - 11:30 : Arrive at Lot 32 - Tuan Chau Marina. Check-in at the waiting lounge and enjoy a special tea welcome.
11:45 - 12:00 : Board a speed boat for transfer to Orchid Premium Cruises. Onboard, enjoy a welcome drink as we gather in the restaurant for a cruise briefing and safety instructions.
12:45 - 13:00 : Indulge in a delightful lunch while cruising through the stunning Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.
15:00 - 15:30: Explore the captivating Dark and Bright Caves by kayak, or opt for a visit to Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches Islets). Enjoy kayaking, relax on the sandy shore, or take a swim in the emerald waters. (Weather permitting)
17:00 - 17:30: Anchor at Tra Bau, Lan Ha Bay, for an overnight stay amidst the serene landscape, perfect for absorbing the bay's natural beauty.
18:00 - 18:15: Join a cooking demonstration onboard, or enjoy Happy Hour (buy 1, get 1 free) at the bar while admiring the sunset views over the bay. Optional: Massage service available; please book directly with our Cruise Manager.
19:15 - 19:30: Savor a fusion dinner crafted from the freshest ingredients, served in an elegant setting that blends French neoclassical style with traditional oriental touches.
21:00 - 21:30: Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the bay at night from the sundeck or restaurant. Try your hand at squid fishing, watch a movie, or play chess and cards.
23:00 Retire for a restful overnight stay on board Orchid Cruise Premium.
06:00 – 06:30 : Start your day with a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, embracing the peaceful beauty of the bay. For a chance to witness the stunning dawn, wake up between 5:30 and 6:00 depending on the season, and consult our sailors for the best timing.
06:45 – 07:00 : Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the restaurant while the cruise continues its journey.
07:15 – 07:30: Explore the captivating Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island, nestled in the heart of Cat Ba National Park and surrounded by the lush Kim Giao forest. This 300-meter-long cave, shaped by millions of years of geological formation, is filled with fascinating stalactites and historical remnants, making it a must-see for nature enthusiasts.
09:45 – 10:00: Return to Orchid Premium Cruises Halong Bay and prepare for check-out.
10:00 – 10:30: Savor a delightful brunch at our restaurant as we make our way back to the marina.
11:00 – 11:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. Farewell and best wishes as we conclude your memorable journey with us.
14:30 – 15:00: Return to your drop-off point in Hanoi.(Transfer service not included)

- The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress.

- Children under 05: Stay with parent FOC
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
