11:45 - 12:00: Guests board our boat at Tuan Chau Port, where they are greeted with a welcome drink and receive a briefing on the cruise itinerary and safety instructions.
13:15 - 14:00: After the warm welcome, guests are served lunch as the boat cruises towards the bay.
14:00 - 17:00: Guests have the option to visit either Surprise Cave, one of Halong Bay's most spectacular grottoes, or Luon Cave, known for its stunning limestone structures and unique natural habitat.
17:30: The boat departs and cruises for approximately 30 minutes to anchor overnight.
18:30 - 19:00: Guests attend a Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef, where they learn traditional Vietnamese food decoration techniques.
19:30: Dinner is served.
20:30: Evening activities commence, including board games and squid fishing with assistance from the crew of Indochine Premium Cruise.
22:30: End of Program for Day 1.
06:00 Start your day with a continental breakfast served in the restaurant, offering a selection of coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries.
06:30 Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, lasting approximately 30 minutes, to rejuvenate your body and mind.
07:45 - 09:00 Venture to Titov Island for swimming or take a hike to the top to savor the breathtaking panorama of Halong Bay.
09:00 Return to the boat and take 30 minutes to freshen up and pack your belongings. Please ensure all items are collected from the cabins, and heavy luggage is placed outside for direct transfer to the pier.
09:30 Indulge in a delightful brunch served in the restaurant of this luxury cruise Halong Bay, settling bills after the meal. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant, soaking in the picturesque bay scenery as the boat approaches the pier.
11:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau port and unwind inside the pier building while awaiting your return transportation.

Notes
- What time does Halong cruise start / end?
- The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). It concludes at the port around 11:00 - 11:30 on the last day, and guests are expected to reach their Hanoi hotel by 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon.
- For day cruises, there are two time frames:
- Morning: 9:00 am - 14:00 pm.
- Afternoon: around 12:30 pm - 17:00 pm, with the drop-off time in Hanoi approximately at 20:00.
- Note: If you plan to book a flight on the same day, opt for a domestic flight after 17:00 or an international flight after 18:00.
- Children policy:
- Kids under 5 years old stay free when sharing a room with parents (F.O.C). If two under 5 years old share a bed, the second child pays 75% of an adult's rate.
- Children aged 5 to under 11 pay 75% of the adult price when staying on a separate bed. If two kids share a private room, they pay 80% of the adult rate.
- If two children under 11 years old sleep in a separate room, they will be charged at the double room rate. However, if only one child sleeps in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate will be charged.
- Children aged 11 years and older are charged the full adult rate.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather:
- If the Management Board of Halong Bay announces a cancellation, the rules that apply will depend on when the cancellation happens. The specific policies will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation.
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- If your trip changes from 2 nights to 1 night, you'll pay for a 2 days/1 night trip and the services you used. We'll refund the rest to you.
