11:45 - 12:00 Board our boat at Tuan Chau Port, where you'll enjoy a welcome drink and receive a cruise briefing along with safety instructions.
13:15 – 14:00 After the warm welcome, indulge in a delicious lunch as we cruise towards the bay.
14:00 – 16:00 Cruise through Halong Bay, taking in the breathtaking scenery of iconic landmarks like Incense Burner and Kissing Rocks.
16:00 Explore Surprise Cave, one of Halong Bay's most stunning and expansive grottoes.
17:30 Depart and sail for approximately 30 minutes to anchor overnight.
18:30 - 19:00 Join the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef. Learn the art of carving and decoration while experiencing traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
19:30 Dinner will be served.
20:30 Participate in evening activities such as board games or squid fishing, guided by our experienced crew.
22:30 End of Day 1
06:00 Start your day with a continental breakfast featuring coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries served in the restaurant.
06:30 Join a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck of Indochina Sails, lasting about 30 minutes.
07:45 – 09:00 Visit Titov Island for swimming or hike up to the top to enjoy a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
09:00 Upon returning to the boat, guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please gather all belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside (staff will transfer it directly to the pier).
09:30 Enjoy brunch in the restaurant. Bills are settled after brunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant, taking in the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau Port. Relax inside the pier building while awaiting return transportation.

18:30 - 19:00: Join a Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef.
19:30: Dinner is served with a variety of Vietnamese dishes.
20:30: Enjoy evening activities like board games and squid fishing.
22:30: End of day 1 on Indochina Sails.

11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau port, relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation.

Notes
- What time does Halong cruise start / end?
- The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). It concludes at the port around 11:00 - 11:30 on the last day, and guests are expected to reach their Hanoi hotel by 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon.
- For day cruises, there are two time frames:
- Morning: 9:00 am - 14:00 pm.
- Afternoon: around 12:30 pm - 17:00 pm, with the drop-off time in Hanoi approximately at 20:00.
- Note: If you plan to book a flight on the same day, opt for a domestic flight after 17:00 or an international flight after 18:00.
- Children policy:
- Kids under 5 years old stay free when sharing a room with parents (F.O.C). If two under 5 years old share a bed, the second child pays 75% of an adult's rate.
- Children aged 5 to under 11 pay 75% of the adult price when staying on a separate bed. If two kids share a private room, they pay 80% of the adult rate.
- If two children under 11 years old sleep in a separate room, they will be charged at the double room rate. However, if only one child sleeps in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate will be charged.
- Children aged 11 years and older are charged the full adult rate.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather:
- If the Management Board of Halong Bay announces a cancellation, the rules that apply will depend on when the cancellation happens. The specific policies will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation.
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- If your trip changes from 2 nights to 1 night, you'll pay for a 2 days/1 night trip and the services you used. We'll refund the rest to you.
