11:30, Upon reaching Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, the check-in procedures will take place in the lounge. While awaiting the boarding time, guests can enjoy a cup of tea.

- What time does Halong cruise start / end?
- The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). It concludes at the port around 11:00 - 11:30 on the last day, and guests are expected to reach their Hanoi hotel by 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon.
- For day cruises, there are two time frames:
- Morning: 9:00 am - 14:00 pm.
- Afternoon: around 12:30 pm - 17:00 pm, with the drop-off time in Hanoi approximately at 20:00.
- Note: If you plan to book a flight on the same day, opt for a domestic flight after 17:00 or an international flight after 18:00.
- Children aged 4 years or more in price as adults.
- The child rate is applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on a mattress.
- Children aged 05 to 11: Stay with a parent at 75% of the adult rate. This rate is not applicable for Family Terrace Suite and Family Premium Terrace Suite.
- Children under 05: Stay with a parent free of charge (FOC).
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing a room with two (02) adults is allowed for free of charge (FOC) per cabin.

- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather:
If Halong Bay's Management Board announces the cancellation:- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- If the trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, and the rest will be refunded.
