We've been here before and really liked the hotel, and it was just as good this time. The staff is fantastic right from the moment you arrive. We got there early, and they gave us a lounge to use while we waited for our room. They also got our room ready fast. We tried several of the hotel's restaurants during our stay, and they were all really good. We also used the boat service to go to the ICONSiam mall, and it worked out well. We'll definitely stay here every time we're in Bangkok!

The Mandarin Oriental is fancy but not too flashy. Its location by the Chao Phraya River is like magic. The rooms are big and comfy. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful, and they genuinely care. They quickly learn guests' names, remember their favorite orders, and even know where they like to sit for breakfast. The pool staff, especially Chatree, Jirapong, and Tanian, along with others and the lifeguards, do an amazing job taking care of pool guests.

We stayed at Rosewood Bangkok for the first time and had a really good time. The service from the staff and butler was outstanding. The breakfast options were excellent, but the French toast and pancakes could be better. The coffee baristas knew what they were doing, and we always had good coffee. The gym could be better with more equipment and better use of space. The spa was well-organized, and the staff were well-trained. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family!
