In the afternoon, delve into the heart of Thailand's culture and heritage with a visit to the iconic Royal Grand Palace. Despite no longer being the royal residence, it stands as a symbol of the kingdom, representing Buddhist beliefs, regal elegance, and tradition.

At 6:00 PM, enjoy a delightful dinner followed by the dazzling Siam Niramit Show. This grand musical spectacle, presented in a luxurious theater within a beautiful complex, showcases the best of Thailand's cultural legacy.

Day 2: Bangkok – Ayutthaya (B ; L)

After a fulfilling breakfast, embark on a picturesque journey through the countryside, heading north of Bangkok towards Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam. Though the grandeur of the kingdom has faded with time, the ruins of this once-magnificent city stand as a testament to its historical significance.

Explore the Summer Palace of King Rama IV, a remarkable blend of Thai, Chinese, and Gothic architecture, serving as a well-preserved "Monument" to a bygone era. Enjoy a delectable lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your adventure to Wat Phra Sri Sanpetch, the former Royal Temple, where the Viharn Monkol Borphit holds sacred significance.

Next, we'll visit the Khmer Temple, Wat Chai Wattanaram, strategically situated near the river, captivating with its striking architecture. Then, make your way to Wat Yai Chai Mongkol to witness the revered reclining Buddha image.

Later in the day, we'll visit Wat Mahathat, where the head of the Lord Buddha Image remains covered by the majestic Pho Tree, preserving a mystical aura. Nearby, explore Wat Ratchaburana before we return to the hotel, leaving you with ample free time to relax and enjoy your leisurely moments.

Day 3: Ayutthaya – Khao Yai National Park (B ; L)

The tour includes the National Park entry fee, a visit to a viewpoint, and a 2-hour soft trek through beautiful nature. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and pass by a stunning waterfall.

During the tour, you'll have a coffee break and fruit served at the waterfall or at your preferred time. If interested, you can opt for a 45-minute elephant ride through the scenic forest (please note that the elephant ride and lunch are not included).

Day 4: Khao Yai – Phitsanulok – Sukhothai (B ; L)

After breakfast, we'll transfer you to Phitsanulok, where you'll have a wonderful opportunity to admire the most exquisite Lord Buddha Image, known as Phra Sri Rattana Sasadaram or Phra Buddha Chinaraja.

Continuing with our Thailand and Vietnam tour packages, we'll then head to the Sukhothai Historical Park, the first capital of Thailand. Established in the 13th century, Sukhothai, which translates to "Dawn of Happiness," marked the emergence of the first fully independent Thai Kingdom. Under the rule of King Ramkhamhaeng, credited with creating the Thai alphabet, the kingdom experienced a golden era. The remarkable temples and monuments of this magnificent city have been meticulously restored and can be found in the Sukhothai Historical Park. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is an essential destination for all travelers.

Situated along the Yom River in Tambon Muang Kao, Si Satchanalai country, lies the captivating Sri Satchanalai Historical Park, a mere 55 km from Sukhothai town. Originally known as "Muang Chaliang," it earned its present name during the Phra Ruang Dynasty when it became the new administrative center, replacing Chaliang. Covering over 320 hectares (800 acres), this ancient town holds immense historical significance.

Within the old laterite ramparts and the city moat, an area spanning 91 hectares (288 acres) awaits your exploration as the main attraction of the historical park.

Continuing our journey, we'll reach our hotel in Chiang Mai, where you can take a short rest and rejuvenate.

Our exploration resumes with a visit to Wat Doi Suthep, one of Chiang Mai's most sacred temples. Situated atop a hill in Northern-Thai style, this temple houses a holy relic of Lord Buddha and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city.

Day 7: Chiang Mai – Bangkok – Hanoi By Plane (B)

Upon arriving in Hanoi, our guide and private car will be there to pick you up and take you to your hotel located in the heart of Hanoi city. You'll have some free time to relax and explore the surroundings on your own.

Day 8: Hanoi City Tour (B ; L)

Next, head to the Defense Pagoda by West Lake, ending your morning with an insightful trip to the Hanoi Ethnography Museum, showcasing Vietnam's diverse ethnic cultures.

In the afternoon, we'll proceed by car to Mai Chau, a mountainous region located in Hoa Binh province. This scenic area is approximately 135 km from Hanoi and 65 km from Hoa Binh. It is renowned for its unique stilt houses, known as Thai stilt houses, skillfully crafted using bamboo and timber.

Arriving late in the afternoon, you'll enjoy a delicious dinner at a homestay, immersing yourself in the warm hospitality of the locals.

Our trekking route will take us through Na Phon village, Nà Piềng village, Nà Mèo village, and Xăm Pà village. This will be a unique opportunity to interact with the friendly White Thai people, the predominant ethnic group residing in Mai Chau. They are aptly named because the upper garments worn by their women are white, adding to the distinctive cultural experience.
