8:00 - Check-in at the Ambassador's Lounge and transfer to Ambassador Cruise II at the 1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City.
9:00 - Enjoy a light breakfast on board as the Ambassador Cruise sails through the majestic limestone islets of Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.
10:00 - Explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay, renowned for its stunning, thousand-year-old stalactites in various unique formations.
11:30 - Visit Titov Island, a picturesque destination with a crescent-shaped beach, where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters or climb to the top of the island for a panoramic view of the bay.
12:00 - Relish a premium buffet lunch as Ambassador day cruise passes by some of Halong Bay’s most famous scenic spots. (Lunch service will finish at 14:00).
13:30 - Discover Luon Cave, a remarkable cave with a self-contained lake inside a closed, arch-shaped mountain. You can explore the area by either a bamboo boat rowed by a local or by kayaking.
14:30 - Relax and enjoy live music on the sundeck while soaking in the stunning views of Halong Bay. Alternatively, join a cooking demonstration at the restaurant on the 4th floor.
16:00 - Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port.

- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
