Ayutthaya - ancient capital of Thailand

A trip to Ayutthaya is essential for anyone interested in Thai history. The ancient ruins are breathtaking, showcasing the grandeur of the former capital. I rented a bike to explore the site, which made for a delightful adventure. The temples, especially Wat Mahathat with the Buddha head entwined in roots, are truly iconic. I suggest packing water and snacks, as exploring the area can be a full-day excursion. It’s a fantastic way to connect with Thailand’s rich past of Thailand Tour 4 days.
