12.30: Arrive at Paloma office in Halong City. Get on boat and check in cabin
13.30: Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay. We start sailing among famous Islets (Indochina studio, Am Islets…) of Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.15 - 15.40: Visit and explore the Thien Canh Son Cave and do Kayaking.
18.00: Sunset party
19.00: Having dinner and overnight on boat.
20.30: Join Squid fishing with crew or relax or enjoy some drinks on Sundeck with Happy Hour.

07.45 - 09.00: Exploring Vung Vieng Fishing Village to discover the daily life of the fisher communities by bamboo boat (one hour). Short visit to the Pearl Farm to learn how natural pearls are grown.
10.00: Check out cabin then return to dining room for Vietnamese cooking class.
10.30: Have a lunch.
11.45: Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour. Get on bus or private car to get back to Hanoi.
16.30: You will arrive at your hotel. The trip ends.

Kayaking in Cap La Area - Deep into Bai Tu Long Bay, the area is full of the famous hidden lagoons covered by majestic limestone islands and islets with small beaches.

14.00: After Lunch, you have more time for kayaking around magnificent karst mountains or swimming (depending on conditions).

Notes
- We provide round trip shuttle bus service (Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi) at an extra charge. Please contact us for reservation or more information of the service.
- Compulsory surcharge for Occasional Events including Christmas Eve (24th Dec), New Year Eve (31st Dec) and Vietnam Tet Holiday.
- 24 hours in advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and visa expiry date for all passengers. Upon check-in on board, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID.
- Children, whose travel documents are attached onto the parents’ passport, must be accompanied by their parents.
- Kindly inform the cruise at least a week before departure if you have any special food requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan…).
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for one children sharing a cabin with two adults (No extra mattress), limited to one child per cabin. 2nd one will be charged 25%.
- Children from 4 -11 years old will be charged 75 % of an adult and and extra bed will be provided.
- Two children below 12 need to stay in a separate cabin will be charge 75% of the adult price.
- Children from 12 years old will be charged as adults.
Any cancellation should be referred to Paloma Cruise sales office in writing by email and must follow these below terms:
- Charter/Sharing from 1 to 5 cabins:
- 30 days before check-in: No charge
- From 29 days to 15 days before check-in: 25% of total charge
- From 14 days to 7 days before check-in: 50% of total charge
- From 7 days to 3 days before check-in: 75% of total charge
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: Full charge
- Charter/Sharing from 5 to 10 cabins:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No charge
- From 30 days to 15 days before check-in: 25% of total charge
- From 14 to 7 days prior to check-in: 50% of total charge
- From 7 days to 72 hours prior to check-in: 75% of total charge
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: Full charge
2. Cancellation by Paloma Cruise
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances as: wars, civil strike, natural disasters, terrorism or order from the Local Authority…etc.
- We have to cancel your trip due to bad weather conditions to guarantee the safety of tourists and following policies will be applied:
- If the cancellation is informed before leaving from Hanoi to Halong Bay and guests do not use any service yet: 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip…etc.): Only the actual fees of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remained amount.
- If the cancellation is informed before 8:00 AM, the trip is cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night.
- If the cancellation is informed when the guest already spent 1st night + 2nd day activities until 3:00-5:00pm will be charged 75% of 3 days 2 nights package.

Our recent tour to Vietnam and Cambodia was truly exceptional, featuring a mix of visits to both well-known attractions and hidden gems off the beaten path. The entire experience was made memorable by the warm hospitality, attentiveness, and high quality of services provided throughout our stay.
One highlight of our trip was the cooking class in Hoi An Ecotour, where we had the opportunity to learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes like Nem spring rolls and flower salad.
