Best hotel for me: This was my third time to stay at the Crowne Plaza Vientiane. I always enjoy staying here. All staff were very hard working and helpful. Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. We stayed for 6 nights in Settha Palace. Hotel is beautiful and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. It is in the center of town, walking distance to many highlights. The best part of our stay was service provided by the staff. They are very attentive and helpful. Both front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and polite. They did their best to assist me when my daughter had a minor medical emergency. I would recommend Settha Palace and stay there again. Thank you for the excellent service and an enjoyable stay!

One of the grand hotels in Vientiane, this place served as the venue for the welcome dinner our hosts held for us. The lobby was huge. the food was tasty (I skipped the dimsum with cat meat filling). the ballroom is grand. we danced the night away after we were done with our meals. Had this been priced lower, we could have chosen to stay here because it is nearer to the venue of the ASEAN meeting we attended for 5 days

We have been in La Seine in January 2024 with another couple of friends. The hotel is nice, with big rooms, the shower is fabulous, calm, and excellent staff taking care of us.
The hotel has a restaurant with good dishes of local and international food. Good wine proposal, as well. Is located in a peaceful place close to the Mekong, easy access, close to the airport and close to the Night Market, and not far to the center town. We recommend this hotel, you feel good there.

I spent one night here and I regret not to have stayed more. The place is really beautiful and quiet, the garden is gorgeous as is also the pool. Rooms are nice and spacious with a private terrace/balcony, there are some mosquitoes but it is normal being this hotel is surrounded by a garden and by two pools. The food is very good and the service is super kind and professional. I recommend this top place, a very good value for money.

Amazing to Stay in downtown. Beautiful and artistic hotel in the middle of the city. The decoration and interior of the room were really beautiful. The smell of the hotel was soothing. The breakfast was so good. The hotel provided a breakfast buffet and a list of meals that were cooked for you. The breakfast had a variety and mixed choices of Asian and Western meals as well as sweet and savory breakfast.

Centrally located, and beautifully decorated, the hotel provided us with an excellent stay. We immediately felt “at home”. The room was spacious and had everything needed. The personnel was extremely friendly and kind. I appreciated the attention to the environment - complimentary water was provided in glass bottles instead of plastic. The roof garden is very pleasant: the pool is rather small - did not swim but spent time up there at sunset and in the evening.
Breakfast was very good. One day there was a lovely buffet, the next one probably due to fewer guests only à la carte. Would go back should I be in Vientiane again.
