Lovely hotel and great service! We stayed 4 nights at this lovely centrally located Hotel. It is very close to traditional and cosmopolitan shopping. They provide a wide selection of breakfast options. There is always a friendly greeting on arrival and departure from the hotel no matter what time of day is night. Transport is not a problem, the receptionists are happy to organize a taxi when you need one. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great staff and service! We had a really nice stay at Novotel. The rooms are quite small but clean and with a nice bathroom. The pool area is small but cozy and covered so you can have a swim without getting a sunburn. The breakfast buffet was really good with both international and asian breakfast. The staff was really helpful and went out of their way to give us a good experience even after we checked out.

Lovely traditional hotel! We stayed in a site, very spacious and very well appointed. A little balcony overlooking the opera house and traffic! No noise in the room. Good wifi. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant, once satisfactory, and the second awful - the worst croque monsieur ever!!!! But they agreed not to charge. Breakfast was excellent, a great variety. Staff were most helpful and polite. Great location for the city !

Fantastic service and a fantastic hotel! All the staff are very friendly. The front service were very helpful with anything we asked, they even went out of their way and walked us to the hop on hop off bus stop giving us some information about the area along the way. The hotel is very clean and tidy, in a fantastic area but for very light sleepers it may be a bit loud. It is in walking distance to most restaurants, the hop on hop off bus and nightlife along the street. The hotel is 4 stars and perfect especially for the price of staying there. 100% recommended staying at the Saigon Prince Hotel, would definitely go back.

Good location and service !A great family room interconnected so perfect when traveling with children - clean room and good service. The pool was a bonus. We would be very happy to stay here again- fabulously located too. Near the war remnants museum and a short hop to good restaurants.

Alagon Hotel was such a lovely place to call home for our short stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The room, breakfast and amenities were all second to none and a delight to utilize after long days out exploring the city and beyond. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Genuinely so kind and accommodating to our trip I would recommend Alagon to anyone looking for a hotel in district 1.

This hotel was great for many reasons and the first reason was location. You’re within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and overall great service. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. We stayed in the panorama room which was spacious with its own separate living room and fridge. Great views of the city. Housekeeping is amazing everyday. Breakfast was awesome with some great choices for everyone. There is a soup station and a different soup every morning. Rooftop pool with a bar. Loved this hotel and would come back here again.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The high ceilings made the suite feel so incredibly luxurious and the bathrooms were massive! Upon entering Fusion Suites Saigon, you will feel relaxed. The welcome drink was absolutely delicious (wish I could've had more or asked for their recipe). The rooms are also equipped with lots of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion (feels like a weird thing to mention in a review but I feel compelled to because a lot of hotels on our trip, strangely enough, did not have body lotion). The hotel was also super accommodating when we asked for an extra blanket and the breakfast spread was 10/10. So good!

The staff are exceptional - friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool area was relaxing with a nice Saigon view. The hotel was within walking distance of many attractions, a large market and local food choices. Air conditioning was a perfect cool down after a warm day of touring. Complimentary afternoon tea in zen-like lobby area - bubbling fountain and soft music playing. Would definitely return to this hotel!
